Many clients, one semantic PBX, real reseller margin

OrcaLinq runs a multi-tenant data plane that keeps every client isolated, lets each bring their own keys, and gives agencies the white-label and pricing flexibility a reseller business needs.

Why agencies pick this

One platform, many tenants, no cross-talk

Most messaging tools were built for a single business with a single inbox. A reseller needs the opposite — many businesses, scoped access, separate audit, and pricing economics that work for a partner.

Multi-tenant data plane

Tenant-scoped data-plane boundaries keep each client isolated at the data layer, not just the app layer. Locks, audit, retention, knowledge — all scoped.

BYOK per client

Each client brings their own provider keys. Agencies do not become a credential bottleneck and never see plaintext WhatsApp tokens.

White-label options

Brand the dashboard, agent endpoint, and customer-facing copy. Custom domains supported. The platform name disappears where you want it to.

Reseller-friendly pricing

Custom pricing on Agency with billable workflows, multi-client management, and clear margin economics. We do not undercut partners on direct sales.

Operations

Run many customer lines without losing your weekend

  • Centralized supervisor view. Watch every tenant from one Podium with permission scoping per agent.
  • Scoped roles. Agency staff get the access they need across all tenants; client staff see only their tenant.
  • Audit per tenant. Each client's Wake is scoped, exportable, tamper-evident, and survives DPA scrutiny.
  • Onboarding playbook. Reusable routing policies and knowledge templates speed each new tenant.
  • Shared knowledge libraries. Industry-vertical templates (ecommerce, clinics, real estate) ready to clone into a new tenant.
  • Bulk policy updates. Roll out a routing or refusal change across selected tenants without touching each one by hand.
Conversation example

How a typical agency day actually goes

Tuesday morning: Junior strategist watches the Podium across six retail clients. Three clients have AI handling all routine Q&A; one client has a refund spike (the AI is escalating correctly, agent is keeping up); two clients had spikes overnight that AI captured and routed to the morning queue.

Tuesday afternoon: A client reports a wrong-answer incident. The strategist opens that tenant's Wake, finds the conversation in three clicks, sees the missing knowledge document, and adds an FAQ entry. Five minutes from report to fix.

Tuesday evening: Onboarding call with a new client — a regional clothing brand. The strategist clones the ecommerce knowledge template, plugs in the brand's product catalogue and shipping policy, asks the client for their WhatsApp Business token, and ships the live tenant the next morning.

The agency owner sees billable hours, retention metrics, and AI-handled volume per tenant on a single dashboard. Underperforming tenants get attention before the client churns.

Recommended setup

What a successful agency stands up first

  • Knowledge templates for each vertical you serve — ecommerce, clinics, real estate, legal, local services.
  • Routing policy templates with sensible defaults per vertical, ready to clone and tweak.
  • Channel-setup checklists for WhatsApp Cloud API, Shopify, Telegram, and the website widget.
  • Refusal libraries for sensitive verticals (legal, medical, financial).
  • SLAs and reporting cadence with each client — what's reviewed weekly, what's reviewed monthly.
  • Internal tooling built on top of the platform's APIs for cross-tenant analytics, billing reconciliation, and onboarding automation.
Features used

What's doing the work

Multi-tenant data plane

Tenant-scoped storage and state boundaries. Hard isolation, no shared rows, no cross-tenant query path.

Matriarch routing

Per-tenant routing policy with reusable templates. Update one template, push to selected tenants.

Wake (per tenant)

Audit trail per client. Exportable, scoped, tamper-evident. Useful for client reports and compliance reviews.

Podium (cross-tenant)

Agency-level view of all tenants with permission scoping. Conversations, AI volume, escalations, agent availability.

BYOK

Each client's keys, scoped to their tenant. Agencies never hold plaintext credentials they don't own.

White-label

Domain, branding, agent endpoint identity — yours to configure per tenant.

Metrics that matter to a reseller

What grows the agency P&L

  • Time-to-launch a new tenant — falls to days, not weeks.
  • Hours per tenant per month — fall as routine support is automated, freeing strategy hours.
  • Revenue per strategist — rises because one person can hold more clients without quality drop.
  • Retention — clients see clear AI-handled volume and customer-experience metrics; churn risk is visible early.
  • Upsell into more channels — clients who start with a website widget add WhatsApp, then Shopify, then Instagram.
  • Reseller margin — visible from day one because the pricing is partner-aligned.
Agencies FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I run multiple clients on one account?

Yes. Agency supports multiple business lines, each with its own channels, knowledge, routing policy, and Wake audit trail. White-label options are available on this tier.

Is BYOK per client?

Yes. Each client's WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Meta, and Shopify credentials are scoped to that client's tenant. No cross-client data access, ever. Tenant-scoped data-plane boundaries enforce isolation below the app layer.

What about reseller margin?

Agencies can package the platform with strategy, design, copywriting, knowledge curation, and ongoing operations. Pricing is custom on Agency to support partner economics. We do not undercut you on direct deals when a prospect comes from your domain.

How does white-label work?

Branding can be applied to the agent endpoint and customer-facing surfaces (where the channel allows). Custom domains for the dashboard are part of the white-label package; agent emails and PWA can carry your or the client's identity.

Can client staff log in directly?

Yes. Scoped roles let agency staff manage all tenants while client staff see only their own. Permission tiers cover owner, admin, agent, and read-only roles per tenant.

How does billing work?

Agencies can be billed centrally and pass-through to clients, or each client can be billed directly with the agency on a partner share. Both flows are supported.

What about onboarding new clients quickly?

Reusable routing policies, knowledge templates, and channel setup checklists let an agency stand up a new tenant in hours, not days. Most experienced partners ship a new client in 2–4 working days from kickoff.
