A small number of deeply configured pilots
We're selecting a limited number of businesses that receive customer enquiries through website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or email. For selected businesses, OrcaLinq configures one enquiry workflow against approved business information, tests AI-assisted response and human handoff, and reviews unresolved questions to improve the product.
Pilot access in exchange for real usage and feedback
We do not call this "free software". Pilot access is offered in exchange for real conversations, weekly feedback, and permission to use anonymised learning if it works. The cap is five active pilots at a time so each one gets the founder's attention.
Tier 2 — Sandbox
7-day sandbox with sample data. No production WhatsApp. Used to confirm fit before committing.
Tier 3 — Live pilot
30 days, one channel, one workflow, 300 conversations max. Weekly feedback required. Anonymised learning permission.
What a live pilot includes
- One workflow configured against your approved business answers
- AI answer behaviour against approved-source-only rule
- Human handoff with full conversation context
- Unresolved-question logging that becomes product input
- Weekly review session (asynchronous form, ~7 questions)
What a live pilot does not cover
- Unlimited channels — exactly one channel per pilot
- Custom integrations beyond the supported endpoints
- Voice PBX / IVR (semantic-PBX is on the roadmap, not in pilot scope)
- Full CRM replacement
- Guaranteed conversion improvement
- Regulated expert advice (medical / legal / financial)
When the AI answers, clarifies, or hands off
| Situation | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Approved answer exists | AI answers. |
| Partial answer | AI clarifies, gives a limited answer, or asks for what's missing. |
| No approved answer | AI does not guess. Hands off, or says it doesn't have enough info. |
| Customer asks for a human | Hand off. |
| High frustration / loop | Hand off. |
| Sensitive / regulated | Refuse or route per policy. |
Policy decides; AI assists. Every important decision is auditable. Every unresolved question becomes a learning signal.
