What counts as a handled customer?

A handled customer is a unique customer who receives an AI answer, routing decision, handoff, or human reply through the platform during the billing month.

What happens if I go over my handled-customer allowance?

Nothing suddenly breaks. We warn you before the limit, keep a grace buffer, then add a predictable customer pack or move you to Agency if the volume is consistently higher.

Do I need my own WhatsApp / Meta keys?

Yes — on every tier. OrcaLinq is BYOK by design. You own the relationship with Meta, Telegram, LINE, and Shopify. If you leave OrcaLinq, your channels keep working on your own credentials.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Sandbox is free for testing the widget, knowledge base, and handoff loop. Production business usage belongs on Solo, Business, Pro, or Agency.

Does pricing include WhatsApp or SMS provider fees?

WhatsApp, SMS, and other provider fees are paid directly to your provider through your own account. The platform does not mark them up.

Does pricing include AI model costs?

Normal AI answering, routing, and handoff usage is included. Larger tenants can bring their own compatible model-provider key on Agency.

What is the support SLA?

Solo, Business, and Pro include email support. Agency can include a dedicated onboarding path, custom limits, and stronger support terms.

What currencies do you bill in?

Pricing is shown in USD. Local-currency conversion happens at checkout where supported.
