What counts as an "AI reply"?
A full AI response — not tokens, not characters. Quick replies, escalations, and follow-ups by humans are always free and unlimited. Draft rewrites count once per accepted draft.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Nothing breaks. We switch to a "slowed" mode where the AI answers every 2nd message and your agents pick up the rest. You get a one-click topup, or wait for the monthly reset.
Do I need my own WhatsApp / Meta keys?
Yes — on every tier. We are BYOK by design. You own the relationship with Meta, Telegram, LINE and Shopify. If you leave {BRAND_NAME}, your channels keep working on your own credentials.
Is there a forever-free plan?
Yes. Starter is free forever — not a trial. You get 500 AI replies / month, two channels, one agent. Perfect for a small store or a side project.
Can I self-host?
On Scale, yes. {BRAND_NAME} ships as a Cloudflare Worker + D1 + Durable Objects pack — deploy it to your own Cloudflare account with a single wrangler command.
Does pricing include AI model costs?
No. Starter includes shared-tier AI (Haiku-class) on us. From Growth onwards you bring your own Claude / OpenAI / Gemini keys via our AI Gateway and pay those vendors directly at their list rates.
What about support SLA?
Starter: community. Growth: email + Slack within 24 hours. Scale: named success engineer with a 2-hour P1 response, pager, and quarterly review.
What currencies do you bill in?
INR for India (GST-compliant invoice). USD everywhere else. EUR for EU customers if you ask. We do not play PPP games — the price you see is the price for your region.
